Air Done Right Mechanical is a family-owned and veteran-owned HVAC company based in Whitesboro, Texas, serving Lake Texoma, North Texas, and surrounding communities.
With more than two decades of hands-on HVAC experience, we provide residential and commercial heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance, and installation with one simple goal: do the job right and treat our customers the way we would want our own family treated.
Experience Built in the Field
Air Done Right Mechanical was built on years of real, hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
Over the years, we've worked on everything from everyday residential air conditioning problems to complete system replacements, heat pumps, furnaces, commercial rooftop equipment, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance.
That experience has taught us something important: good HVAC service isn't just about knowing how to fix equipment. It's about taking the time to properly diagnose the problem, explain what you find, and give the customer options they can understand.

Two Generations of HVAC Experience
Air Done Right Mechanical has roots in North Texas that go back long before our company name was established. What started as one generation working in the HVAC trade eventually grew into a father-and-son business with decades of hands-on experience behind it.
Chris Hardin — Founder & Owner
Chris Hardin has worked in the HVAC industry since 2001 and is the founder and one of the current owners of Air Done Right Mechanical.
Originally from Plainview, Texas, Chris moved to the North Texas area in the late 1980s. After years of working in the HVAC trade and building his experience in the field, he earned his Texas HVAC contractor license in 2010 and founded Air Done Right Mechanical that same year.
His belief in doing quality work, treating customers fairly, and standing behind the work performed became the foundation of the company and continues to guide Air Done Right Mechanical today.

Kiefer Hardin — Owner
Born and raised in Krum, Texas, Kiefer Hardin grew up around the HVAC trade. His introduction to the business started at about 13 years old, following his dad around on HVAC jobs, helping wherever he could—and, as he remembers it, usually improperly holding the flashlight.
In 2007, Kiefer joined the United States Army. He served until 2011, with assignments that included Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, and Qatar, including an overseas deployment from 2009 to 2010.
After completing his military service, Kiefer returned to North Texas in 2011 and began working professionally in HVAC with Air Done Right Mechanical. He progressed from Lead Installer to Branch Manager and eventually Owner, gaining hands-on experience in installation, service, diagnostics, system replacement, and the day-to-day operation of an HVAC company along the way.
Today, Chris and Kiefer continue to operate Air Done Right Mechanical as a family business, combining more than two decades of HVAC experience with the values the company was founded on.
